Taxonomic remark Ichnogenus (ridges believed to be made by swimming arthropods e.g. trilobites). From Jensen, 1997: Seilacher (1985, 1990) considers Monomorphichnus to be synonymous with Dimorphichnus Seilacher, 1955, which beside the raking imprints also have shorter, blunter imprints, called pusher marks.
