Taxonomic remark This name was originally published as Hogklinta (correct), but an incorrect form was created ("Hoegklintia") by Eley & Legault, 1988, who mistakenly stated that Dorning's name was originally spelled Högklintia and therefore required correction. This "incorrect" form has now entered prevailing usage (53 results in Google Scholar, 1996-mid 2024 vs. 11 for "Hogklintia" over the same interval) and is thus treated as the "accepted" form in IRMNG at this time.
