Genus prefix × [details]
Taxonomic remark Inter-generic hybrid (Aporocactus Lemaire 1860 × Cryptocereus E.J. Alexander 1950 × Heliocereus (A. Berger) N.L. Britton & J.N. Rose 1909). Listed in van der Meer, 2018 as a syn. of × Dilectus nothogen. nov., however the latter appears to have a different hybrid parentage (=Aporocactus ×Disocactus × Selenicereus). According to Mottram, 2014, although this is a validly published name, the taxon it describes probably does not exist (based on a misidentification). [details]
