Taxonomic remark Listed as an accepted genus in Saxena & Trivedi, 2006, although Kar & Kumar, 1986 claim that the genus name "based on a drawing of a wrongly diagnosed specimen that no longer exists" could be a synonym of Tubulifloridites (Cookson) Potonie, Malvacipollis Harris, or Malvacearumpollis Nagy, and should be abandoned.
