Descriptive info Foliage; Jurassic; Stonesfield, Oxfordshire, England. (Index Nominum Genericorum) [details]
Taxonomic remark A homotypic synonym of Taeniopteris A.T. Brongniart 1828 according to Index Nominum Genericorum, however according to Van Konijnenburg-van Cittert et al., 2017, this genus is a synonym of Nilssoniopteris which is separated from Taeniopteris on the basis of a different type (as well as being taxonomically resolvable to major group, which Taeniopteris is not).
