Taxonomic remark The former order Triconodonta (listed as an infraclass in McKenna & Bell, 1997) has been determined to be paraphyletic, containing both taxa related to Triconodontidae (now order Eutriconodonta) and others that are not, such as Morganucodonta and Sinoconodon, refer Lopatin et al., 2010.
