Taxonomic remark Described as a fossil flower, however Herendeen et al., 2017 re-interpret as a fragment of a disarticulated conifer cone (this is disputed by Wang, 2017, Natural Science 9: 399-405, but agreed with by Sokoloff et al., 2019). [details]
