Taxonomic remark Misspelling for oculis-noctis, actually a specific epithet introducted by Thiergart, 1940 as Pollenites oculus noctis, later a species group ("oculis-noctis-Formen") in Krutzsch, 1957, refer Kedves & Adorján, 1966. Pollenites oculus noctis was recombined as Onagraceaepollis oculus-noctis in the same work i.e. Kedves & Adorján, 1966; Onagraceaepollis is considered a junior synonym of Corsinipollenites according to ING and Traverse, 2007.
