Taxonomic remark This name appears to be a widespread misspelling of Celtipollenites E. Nagy, 1969 (name based on the extant genus Celtis), with numerous species attached, e.g. refer https://paleobotany.ru/palynodata/taxa?q=Celtispollenites. At present in IRMNG, both spellings are listed as accepted, although in future a ruling may be required to determine which one of the two should continue in use. [details]
