Taxonomic remark In IRMNG, Rangeomorphs and Charniomorphs are treated as separate orders, as per Retallack, 2016. By contrast, Erwin et al., 2011, use the single term Rangeomorpha to include both Rangeomorphs and Charniomorphs, which are distinguished at a lower but undesignated level. [details]
