Taxonomic remark err. pro -atites Schlotheim 1813 according to Nomenclator Zoologicus, however treated as valid by Knaust & Neumann, 2016. A trace fossil (ichnogenus), resulting from the resting activity of sea stars (Asteroidea) and brittle stars (Ophiuroidea). [details]
