Taxonomic remark Listed as an accepted genus in Waterhouse, 2013 and elsewhere, however preoccupied by Tenerella Redtenbacher in Brunner & Redtenbacher, 1906 (extant Phasmatodea), currently unreplaced. PBDB (2024 version) lists the type species, Tenerella usualisa as a synonym of Dicystoconcha lapparenti, but the source for this assertion is not apparent (also, it conflicts with the treatment by Waterhouse).
