Taxonomic remark Rosenberger, 2011, discusses possible transfer of Omomys to Tarsiidae, in which case Omomyidae would become a synonym of Tarsiidae, with most remaining genera in Omomyidae would be allocated to Anaptomorphidae (raised from Anaptomorphinae), however most authors retain Omomyidae at this time.
