Taxonomic remark Fossil stromatolite (blue-green algae). Authority originally given as Komar in AlgaeBase, now ascribed to Vologdin. Watt, 1982, lists "Anabaria Komar, 1964 noticed in Tsao-Rui-chi and Liang Yu- zou, 1974" without additional publication information (the same attribution is given in e.g. Walter et al., 1979); this is presently treated as a later usage, although it may turn out to be a different name and/or taxon with further research.
