Taxonomic remark nom. rej. vs. Amomum Roxburgh 1820 (nom. cons.) (Index Nominum Genericorum). The preceding applies when the two taxa are considered congeneric, however Wurfbainia has since been resurrected as an accepted genus by Boer et al., 2018. [details]
