Taxonomic remark Erwin et al., 2011 present an alternative treatment for members of this group: Albumares, Anfesta, Pomoria, Skinnera, Tribrachidium and Triforillonia are allocated to their group/clade Triradialomorpha, while Kimberella and Solza are allocated to group/clade Kimberellomorpha. Organisms in this group are variously assigned to their own class or phylum Trilobozoa Fedonkin, 1985 (as phylum: Runnegar, 1992), group or clade Triradialomorpha Erwin et al., 2011, or order Aspidellomorpha Retallack, 2016, the latter in "class Vendobionta" and the former simply within "Ediacaran Organisms". IRMNG follows the treatment of Retallack, 2016 (continued in Retallack & Broz, 2020) at this time, but may change in the future if any consensus emerges regarding the treatment of this particular group.
