Taxonomic remark Organisms in this group are variously assigned to their own class or phylum Trilobozoa Fedonkin, 1985 (as phylum: Runnegar, 1992), group or clade Triradialomorpha Erwin et al., 2011, or order Aspidellomorpha Retallack, 2016, the latter in "class Vendobionta" and the former simply within "Ediacaran Organisms". IRMNG follows the treatment of Retallack, 2016 (continued in Retallack & Broz, 2020) at this time, but may change in the future if any consensus emerges regarding the treatment of this particular group. [details]
