Olivieria Meigen 1838 is incorrectly treated as a junior homonym of Olivieria Robineau-Desvoidy, 1830 by Kammerer & Sidor, 2002, however according to Evenhuis & Pape, 2019 it is simply a later usage of the latter without author attribution, making Cottila a superfluous replacement name.
